Accommodation is homestay 2 bedroom self contained unit with large bathroom and walk in shower. Two large bedrooms queen size with ensuite, & double size bed, the unit is disabled friendly. 

All guest have a continental breakfast basket of their choice. The unit contains fridge, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans and LCD TV and DVD player, kitchen, laundry and great BBQ facilities, cook whilst looking over the majesty river

Terry is a local identity in which he was born & bred in Tocumwal on this very land, so he has a great knowledge of the area with many stories to share with you - (including great places to fish).
